Jiligo Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Jiligo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and Jiligo ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at jiligo.best, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and any related features or promotions.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Jiligo platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Jiligo platform.

These Terms should be read alongside Jiligo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with Jiligo. All three documents apply to your use of the platform and are available on this website.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use Jiligo, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Jiligo does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the Jiligo platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of Jiligo or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment partners.

When registering your Jiligo account, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

Jiligo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — particularly before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Acceptable documents include a Philippine government-issued ID (SSS, PhilHealth, UMID, Passport, or Driver's Licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jiligo login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your account access details with any other person, and you must ensure that no unauthorised person has access to your account.

Jiligo will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been performed by you. You are therefore responsible for all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested from your account — regardless of whether you personally authorised the specific action, unless you promptly notify Jiligo of any suspected unauthorised access.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact Jiligo support immediately at support@jiligo.best. Jiligo will take reasonable steps to assist, but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from delayed notification of a security breach.

• Keep your password strong and unique — do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication on your Jiligo account where available.
• Log out of your Jiligo account when using a shared or public device.
• Update your registered mobile number promptly if it changes.

4. Deposits

Jiligo accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, and online banking via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards are also accepted. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

The minimum deposit amount on Jiligo is ₱100. There is no upper deposit limit per transaction, though Jiligo's financial compliance team may request source-of-funds documentation for consistently large deposits in line with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funding your Jiligo account using another person's GCash, bank account, or card — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party payment source may be seized pending investigation, and your account may be suspended.

Jiligo does not accept deposits made using cryptocurrency or any payment method not listed among the approved channels above. Any such transfers will be returned to their origin where technically possible; Jiligo cannot be held responsible for funds lost in unauthorised transfer attempts.

5. Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available Jiligo wallet balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.

Jiligo processes withdrawal requests during normal business hours, typically 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. GCash and Maya withdrawals are usually completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval during these hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet generally arrive within the same business day. Withdrawals submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name.
• Jiligo reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is under review for any compliance, fraud, or security concern.
• Jiligo is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Jiligo offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions.

Before accepting any bonus on Jiligo, you should read the specific terms for that promotion carefully. General bonus rules applicable to all Jiligo promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and payment method unless otherwise stated.

7. Gaming Rules

All casino games, fishing games, slot machines, live dealer tables, and other gaming products available on Jiligo operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail for that game.

Jiligo uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all non-live gaming products. Independent third-party auditors verify the integrity of all RNG games before they are published on the Jiligo platform. Live casino games are dealt by human dealers in real time and are not subject to RNG — results are determined by the physical outcome of each deal, spin, or draw.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• Jiligo is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. Players are encouraged to read all game instructions before wagering real money.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, Jiligo will attempt to resolve the round to its natural conclusion where technically possible. If this is not possible, the bet stake will be returned to the player's wallet.
• Game results displayed on the Jiligo platform are final once the round is completed and settled. Queries about settled results must be raised with Jiligo support within 72 hours.

8. Sports Betting Rules

Jiligo's sports betting section covers NBA, boxing, volleyball, and other sports markets. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on Jiligo, supplemented by sport-specific rules available in the sportsbook section of the platform.

• All bets are accepted subject to Jiligo's right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion.
• Minimum bet for sports markets is ₱50. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Live in-play bets are accepted until the market is suspended. Bets placed after a market closes but before the system registers the suspension will be voided.
• Parlay bets require all selections to win. A single voided selection reduces the parlay by that leg; a losing selection voids the entire parlay.
• Sports bet results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body — NBA, WBC/WBA/IBF/WBO for boxing, and equivalent bodies for other sports.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Jiligo platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating any person under 18 to access or use your Jiligo account.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration details, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity or location.
• Money laundering: Using Jiligo to process funds derived from illegal activity or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses through systematic wagering patterns, arbitrage strategies, or collusion with other accounts to generate guaranteed returns.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament on Jiligo.
• Software manipulation: Using bots, automated tools, scripts, or any software that modifies or interferes with the Jiligo platform or its games.
• Charge-backs: Initiating a payment reversal or charge-back with your bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer for funds legitimately deposited and used on Jiligo.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one Jiligo account for any purpose.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

Jiligo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to pass identity verification within a reasonable period
• Regulatory requirements or instruction from a relevant authority
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward Jiligo staff or other players

If your account is suspended pending investigation, your balance will be frozen. If the investigation concludes with no finding against you, your account will be reinstated and your balance will be fully accessible. If the investigation finds a breach of these Terms, Jiligo reserves the right to forfeit some or all of your balance depending on the nature and extent of the breach.

You may voluntarily close your Jiligo account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

11. Responsible Gaming

Jiligo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Jiligo account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your Jiligo wallet.
• Session time limits: Receive automatic alerts or session cut-offs after a set time period in the gaming lobby.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Jiligo platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

12. Privacy and Data

Jiligo collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jiligo.best/privacy-policy. By creating a Jiligo account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Jiligo uses your personal data for account management, payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and — where you have given consent — for marketing communications about new games, promotions, and platform features.

All personal data is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption. Jiligo does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by law or by Jiligo's operating licence conditions.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Jiligo platform — including but not limited to the Jiligo name and logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Jiligo or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Jiligo platform or its content without prior written authorisation from Jiligo. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

14. Limitation of Liability

Jiligo provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While Jiligo makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, it does not warrant that the platform will be error-free or free of technical interruptions at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jiligo's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the claim. Jiligo shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages.

• Jiligo is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Jiligo is not liable for delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Jiligo is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to read or understand game rules or these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

Jiligo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Jiligo will provide notice via the platform — through a notification in your Jiligo account dashboard, an email to your registered address, or a prominent notice on the website homepage.

Changes take effect from the date stated in the updated Terms. Continued use of the Jiligo platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of Jiligo that cannot be resolved through direct communication with Jiligo support will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to notify Jiligo of any dispute in writing and allow Jiligo a period of 30 calendar days to attempt a resolution in good faith. This dispute resolution requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where necessary.
